We rushed back home to grab a carrier. Since we were already heading to the hospital, we brought this little one along with us. Previously, the shelter had a bare concrete floor, which raised serious hygiene concerns for both the cats and the caretakers. Additionally, the roof was a temporary structure, offering poor protection and limited daylight—making the space less healthy and less comfortable for the animals.
